DOORS
Two doors, front and rear, matching the construction of the cabinet, fitted with rubber seals and FERMOD hinges and hardware of extruded aluminum. Anticondensate 24 volts heating in the door frames prevents formation of ice. Alternatively, vertical sliding doors can be furnished if required for reasons of space.

FRAME
The entire frame is built of hot dipped galvanized structural steel and all screws and bolting materials are of stainless steel.

PLATES
Extruded aluminum alloy welded with special welding equipment. An efficient system of internal circulation of the refrigerant provides a high coefficient of transmission and a uniform temperature on the surface of the plate.

FLEXIBLE PIPES
Special for ammonia, suitable for temperatures down to -45ºC and pressures up to 35 Kg/cm² with quick type connecting couplings in both ends.

HIDRAULIC SYSTEM
With ample power for raising and lowering the loaded plate assembly assuring constant contact and pressure on the product.
Individual hydraulic jack with its corresponding electrovalves, hydraulic pump, motor and reservoir.

CONTROL PANEL
All sequences are controlled from a water proof AISI 304 stainless steel panel with switch gear to start, control and protect the pump motor electrovalves and antifreeze heaters.
